Description
Hempel's Preprep is a solvent-free low molecular weight amine-cured epoxy with superior penetrating properties. It cures to a tough water resistant coating while providing adhesion of subsequent coatings. Penetrates rusty surfaces as well as concrete and masonry surfaces.

Recommended use
Hempel's Preprep is recommended as a primer over steel in areas where blasting or complete power/hand tool cleaning is not feasible or practical. -
