Hempel's Epoxy Underwater Coating 35210 is a two component solvent free high build polyamine cured epoxy coating.

Epoxy underwater paint is two component solvent free polyamine cured epoxy coating can successfully be applied in both fresh and seawater, in air, above and below water and through the splash zone, at one time, regardless of relative humidity. It can be applied to steel or concrete subjected to severe corrosion and erosion attack in tidal zone above and below water without need of a primer. For repairing defects, damage or corrosion pits on most metals, fiberglass composites, concrete and masonry. It can be applied at a wide range of ambient temperatures using hand smearing or trowel application method.
