Hempatop Direct 420

Hempatop Direct 420 is an easy to apply water-borne single-component acrylic coating able to be applied in one coat direct-to-metal (DTM). It provides strong weatherability and UV resistance resulting in good colour and gloss retention along with anticorrosive properties, all in a low VOC and HAPs free coating. It is resistant to flash rust including on weld seams and has excellent adhesion, flexibility and aesthetic appearance for long lasting durability.

Hempatop Direct 420 is recommended as a self-priming, high-build, water-borne coating system for steel-work in mildly to moderately corrosive atmospheric environments. Typical applications include exterior of railcars and industrial equipment for both new construction and maintenance. Hempatop Direct 420 is especially suited for application by airless spray where fast drying and increased throughput is important.
