Steen Niemann Madsen leads the Energy & Infrastructure segment. Steen began his Hempel career in 2014 and joined the Executive Group Management in October 2022 from the position of Vice President, Infrastructure EMEA. He has previously held the role of interim Group Vice President for Europe & Africa, and prior to this, he was Business Area Director, Northern & Eastern Europe. Steen has worked in the coatings industry since 2006.
