Malgorzata (Gosha) Kolton joined Hempel A/S as Executive Vice President & Head of Marine on 1 January 2026. A Polish national, she brings extensive international experience in strategic and operational leadership across both developed and emerging markets, with a strong track record of guiding complex transformations and delivering customer value.

Before joining Hempel, Gosha served as EU Vice President of Packaging Adhesives, Coatings and Sealants at Henkel, where she successfully led one of the company’s largest regional businesses through significant market shifts.
