Hempel Contex Protect, 58430, is a water-borne acrylic coating.
Recommended use
Especially suited for protection of concrete structures in exterior. It may be also applied on interior surfaces. It offers the following technical characteristics: - Excellent adhesion to concrete and other porous substrates - Impermeability to liquid water - Permeability to water vapour - Stable to sunlight and weathering action - Impermeable to the diffusion of carbon dioxide (CO2) - Impermeable to chloride ions - Resistant to abrasion - Film formation through a mechanism commonly referred as “double-cross-linking”
