    Log in to MyHempel to buy our products, keep track of your orders and much more. Read more about MyHempel here or apply for your account now.
  • How do I create an account in My Hempel?
    To apply a MyHempel account, just follow these simple steps:
    1. Visit our website at www.myhempel.com
    2. Click on the 'Sign up' button.
    3. An application form will be displayed. Adhere to the provided instructions and fill in all the necessary details such as your full name, email address, the name of your company, your country of residence, and your phone number.
    4. Proceed by clicking on the 'Submit' button.
    5. Following your submission, a member of our customer care team will contact you to finalize the setup process. Once this is complete, you can log in and enjoy the full spectrum of our online services.
  • How do I add a new user or admin?
    Follow these steps to add a new user or admin:
    1. On the MyHempel homepage expand the Main Menu and click on the 'Users managementbox. 
    2. Click on the 'Add user' button then type in the account user's full name, email and choose a proper user role (user, admin). 
    3. Choose a user Permissions to see various features like basket, orders, invoices then click on the 'Send invitation' button. Once you've clicked on the 'Send invitationbutton, the system will automatically send an invitation to the user's email. 

Orders and delivery

  • Where I can find my order statements?
    Access your order details  through the MyHempel portal. Simply navigate to your profile, activate the Main Menu, and select 'Orders & Invoices'. From there, you can view all your transactions under the 'Order History' tab and select the specific order you're looking for.

Finance

  • How can I see my old invoices?
    Access your order details  through the MyHempel portal. Simply navigate to your profile, activate the Main Menu, and select 'Orders & Invoices'. From there, you can view all your invoices  under the 'Invoices' tab and download the specific invoice you're looking for.
  • Where can I find my account statements?
    Access your order details  through the MyHempel portal. Simply navigate to your profile, activate the Main Menu, and select 'Orders & Invoices'. From there, you can download your customer statement  under the 'Invoices' tab.
