Astrid Simonsen Joos nominated to Hempel A/S Board of Directors
Group Chief Executive Officer of Glamox AS, Astrid Simonsen Joos, has been nominated to replace Britt Meelby Jensen as member of the Board of Directors of Hempel A/S.

Copenhagen, 20 March 2026: At the Annual General Meeting of Hempel A/S on 20 March 2026, Astrid Simonsen Joos will be put forward for election as member of the Board of Directors of Hempel A/S.
Astrid Simonsen Joos is Group CEO of Glamox AS in Norway. She brings extensive leadership experience from global industrial and technology driven businesses, such as Microsoft and Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), coupled with deep expertise within IT, Tech and Digital innovation.

Astrid Simonsen Joos is nominated to replace Britt Meelby Jensen, who will step down from the Hempel A/S board at the Annual General Meeting due to new commitments. Britt Meelby Jensen has served on the Hempel A/S board since 2024. She also previously served as board member of the Hempel Foundation and Hempel Invest A/S from 2018 to 2024.
