FROSIO - Certification Course
Hempel Academy offers a range of training courses designed to enhance the technical service aptitude of the participants. Over the years we have conducted FROSIO courses in Europe, Middle East, Singapore, Korea and China. Hempel is also the only paint company in the world accredited to conduct FROSIO courses.
FROSIO Description
The FROSIO course is a two weeks course focused on the curriculum as defined by the Norwegian Certifying body the FROSIO Council & the Norwegian standard NS 476. The objective is to meet the requirements in the FROSIO curriculum, and at the same time enable the participant to perform as an independent, technically self-confident professional in all aspects of coating inspections.
HEMPEL FROSIO Courses
Coating Advisers, Coating Engineers and Inspectors, Paint supervisors, Yard engineers etc. who have some experience of inspection duties, all take part in the education of coating advisers and inspectors for the FROSIO certificate. This Course is offered internally in Hempel as well as externally to our customers. Hempel's internal requirement to participants is minimum 36 months active inspection duties or experience from a technical service unit for 5 years
