The Hempel Ethics Hotline whistleblower system allows anyone to make anonymous reports about suspected unethical or illegal practices, such as fraud, law violations or corruption.

Hosted by NAVEX Global, an independent third-party, the Hempel Ethics Hotline whistleblower system is an online reporting system that anyone – whether they work at Hempel or not – can use to anonymously report potential unethical or illegal practices, ranging from fraud, corruption and bribery to health, safety and environmental violations.

The Hempel Ethics Hotline is available in many languages and countries, and it enables anyone to make reports via an internet form or through a local phone number.

How are reports made on the Hempel Ethics Hotline?
When making a report, the person making the report should:

  • visit the Hempel Ethics Hotline whistleblower system website
  • select the online form or local phone number

The person making the report can choose to select to state their name or remain anonymous. All reports are treated confidentially and an independent investigation is launched. The report will be reviewed by Hempel’s Compliance and Corporate Responsibility Director and Hempel’s Ethics Committee.

The Hempel Ethics Hotline whistleblower system can be used to make reports concerning suspected cases of:

  • Fraud
  • Corruption or bribery
