Sales Representative

Location: Athens, Greece

Job profile:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the organisation’s products and services assigned to a specific area and costumer group to achieve the sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pursuing sales leads, visiting existing and new customers on a regular basis in order to provide excellent service level
  • Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services by keeping regular contact with them
  • Responding to customer enquiries, negotiating prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and concluding sales orders to meet revenue goals
  • Identifying, researching, contacting and visiting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Developing long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitoring and adapting sales activities so that these objectives are met

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in Chemistry preferably
  • At least 2  years of experience in similar tasks or in a sales / customer service department
  • Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable
  • Quality oriented and used to work with high quality standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Ability to communicate in English
