At the start of Explorer I, you are asked to take a personality test. You then receive individual feedback from your talent programme coach. A few months later, you take part in an intensive training week at our headquarters in Denmark, covering the following topics:
- Financial understanding and accountabilit
- Company law, contracts and competition compliance
- Communication and cross-cultural awareness
- Change management
- Project management (intro)
On the last day of the week, you get information about a project assigned to you. This project will be your responsibility, and you are must present the results to regional management on a pre-defined date.
After the training, you will also take a 360 test, a test where you are assessed by your manager, colleagues, direct reports and/or customers as well as yourself on a specific set of competences . The results of this test, along with the results of the personality test and observations during the training, form the basis for a number of individual Development Follow-up sessions with your coach.
